GPEX B.V. trades in used copiers and in its business operations personal data of employees and third parties are processed. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), GPEX B.V. is responsible for these processing operations and will handle this data correctly. The used copiers contain; possibly sensitive; information. In the standard operating procedures, GPEX removes this information from the machines. This deleted information is in no way processed nor reused by GPEX.  

GPEX B.V. makes it possible for employees and third parties to gain insight into their data, to change or delete it and to take it with them. Within GPEX B.V., the security officer can be reached the point of contact about personal data on admin@gpex.nl.
